Share firsthand context
Say when and where you traveled, and distinguish personal experience from a general rule.
Help, do not advertise
Useful recommendations are welcome. Affiliate links, undisclosed promotions and repeated commercial posts are not.
Protect private information
Never post passport numbers, booking codes, phone numbers, private messages or another person's identifying details.
Be respectful
Disagreement is fine. Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks and humiliating photos are not.
Verify high-impact claims
Visa, entry, health, payment and transport rules change. Link to an official source when making a time-sensitive claim.
Use your own words and images
Only upload content you created or have permission to share. Clearly label edited or generated images.
Moderation approach
New contributors are reviewed before publication. Posts may be edited for formatting, labeled as outdated, hidden during review or removed when they put travelers at risk.
